How to improve employability of MBA Students in india ??

Hi All,

Last year more then 8 lacs students appeared for all different management entrance exams in india and there are not more then 50000 seats available in all good colleges (top 300), rest of students has to settle them for other colleges,
There is huge demand and supply gap but still quality is missing...

There are so many new management colleges are coming, many of the them are small strat-ups with no vision in mind, many even don't focus on quality, they just want to make money through MBA courses and create less productive mba breed, many students have to struggle a lot to prove themselves, after spending 4 to 8 lacs of fees on mba education, they land up in a job of 10-15k /month job, innovation and creativity has lost among those institutes.

Few Institutes are really coming up with new ideas and new learning methods,
Some good institutes are really working at foundation level of student success. Few good colleges are finding students core strengths and values to create a really unique and different personality for the corporate world.

I request you all to please share your thoughts and suggestions about improving the quality of MBA education and creativity.

How can one college can improve the employability of an average mba students ? how can a students be more confident about getting a job ???
