Difference between NBFCs and NBSFCs

hi... actually i m bit confused between the two...Google has also failed to provide me wth better information.. As per my research NBFC are engaged in fund based activities, provides loans and advances but do not accept deposits. On the other hand..NBSFC(Non Banking Statutory Financial companies) are engaged in non fund based activities..My confusion is.. if NBFC can also do the same .. so whats the difference bet. the two..
